The Institute of Environmental Hydraulics of the Universidad de Cantabria (IHCantabria) provides to investigators / institutions of a public or private nature its database of meteo-oceanographic variables (IH-Data), free of charge for use in scientific works or about characterization of the climate, for non-profit projects.

The applicant declare the followings liabilities:
- All intellectual property rights of the corresponding data belong and will belong to IHCantabria. The applicant acknowledges that doesn't have the property rights, of any kind, of the data.
- The requested data will be used for the purpose of the scientific activity described and, in no case, will be used in paid work contracted by third parties.
- The requested data will not be distributed, commercialized, rented, sold, commercially exploited, lent or given away.
- The reference to the source (The Institute of Environmental Hydraulics of the University of Cantabria ) has to be present in all the publications, reports or presentations derived from the use of the requested data.
